Price

Sleeping pod €195 per weekend. Longer festivals, crew unit or shower and toilet unit: price on request. Groups on request.

Delivery: first 30 km included, then €1.50 per km (one way).

Crew unit and shower and toilet unit: price on request. You get an answer within 1 working day with a fixed price excl. VAT.

Delivery example: 80 km one way = (80 - 30) x €1.50 = €75.00 incl. VAT (€61.98 excl. VAT).

Placement and permission: what do you need to arrange?

Please note: you arrange permission from the festival organiser or landowner to place the unit. Without permission we can't deliver.

The units are still being built. The images are impressions.

How it works

  1. You send your request with the date and location.
  2. We confirm. You pay a €50 deposit.
  3. We bring the unit on a flatbed trailer.
  4. We winch it off the trailer onto the ground. It sits on its own wooden skids.
  5. We level it on blocks, free-standing. The trailer leaves with us.
  6. Afterwards we winch it back onto the trailer and take it away.

The trailer is only for transport. The unit stands free on the ground.

Questions

Can a unit go on the festival grounds?

That's up to the festival organiser or landowner. You ask for permission. We only deliver once you have it.

Do you work with festivals?

No, we have no deals with festivals. You rent for your own group.

How many people can come?

A sleeping pod sleeps 2. Put your group size in the request and we'll make a proposal.

What does delivery cost?

First 30 km included, then €1.50 per km (one way). Example: 60 km one way is 30 km over the limit, so a €45 surcharge. We deliver anywhere in the Netherlands.

How does the deposit work?

You pay €50 to secure your date. It comes off the rent. If we can't deliver, you get it back.

What kind of spot do I need?

A level spot the trailer can pull up next to. Grass, gravel or paving is fine. Not sure? Mention it in your request.
