What you enter in the form: name, email, phone, unit, dates, place, occasion and comments. Plus the language, the page and the campaign code (utm) you came from.
To answer your request, carry out a booking or rental, and for our records. The legal basis is (preparing) the contract and our legal obligations.
The site and form run on Netlify (Netlify Forms). Netlify processes your data on our behalf, also outside the EU, under a data processing agreement with appropriate safeguards.
Requests without a rental are kept for to follow months. Rental data is kept for 7 years, due to Dutch tax record-keeping rules.
We don't set tracking cookies.
You may access, correct or delete your data, object, and have it transferred. Email us. If you're not satisfied, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
