Longer stays: 4 weeks = 4 x €295.00 = €1,180.00 incl. VAT (€975.21 excl. VAT). Longer than 3 months? Ask for a monthly price.

Delivery example: 80 km one way = (80 - 30) x €1.50 = €75.00 incl. VAT (€61.98 excl. VAT).

Placement and permission: what do you need to arrange?

The units are still being built. The images are impressions.

How it works

  1. You send your request with the date and location.
  2. We confirm. You pay a €50 deposit.
  3. We bring the unit on a flatbed trailer.
  4. We winch it off the trailer onto the ground. It sits on its own wooden skids.
  5. We level it on blocks, free-standing. The trailer leaves with us.
  6. Afterwards we winch it back onto the trailer and take it away.

The trailer is only for transport. The unit stands free on the ground.

Questions

How long can I rent for?

By the week. If the work runs over, we extend by agreement, as long as the unit is free.

Can the unit go in my garden?

You arrange permission for the spot. If in doubt, ask your municipality whether rules apply to temporary structures.

Is there water and power?

Tell us in your request what's available on site and we'll discuss the hookup.

What does delivery cost?

First 30 km included, then €1.50 per km (one way). Example: 60 km one way is 30 km over the limit, so a €45 surcharge. We deliver anywhere in the Netherlands.

How does the deposit work?

You pay €50 to secure your date. It comes off the rent. If we can't deliver, you get it back.

What kind of spot do I need?

A level spot the trailer can pull up next to. Grass, gravel or paving is fine. Not sure? Mention it in your request.
