Lessor: Bijkamer (to follow). Chamber of Commerce: to follow. Renter: you, the person or company making the request.
Your booking is fixed after our confirmation and your €50 deposit. The deposit comes off the rent.
If we can't deliver, you get the deposit back in full, to the account you paid from.
If you cancel up to to follow days before the delivery date, you get the deposit back. If you cancel later, we keep the deposit.
You pay the rest of the rent and the delivery costs before the delivery date. The deadline is in your confirmation.
Before delivery you pay a security deposit of to follow. After collection you get it back, minus any costs for damage or extra cleaning.
Treat the unit with care. Damage caused by you or your guests is at your cost, normal wear is not. Return the unit clean and empty. Extra cleaning is charged at actual cost.
You provide an accessible, suitable spot and permission. If we can't place the unit because of that, it counts as a cancellation by you.
Prices for private customers include 21% VAT. Business prices exclude VAT. Delivery: first 30 km included, then €1.50 per km (one way).
Dutch law applies to these terms. If the languages differ, the Dutch text applies.
